My kids LOVE smoothies and juices, and both are great ways to get extra produce into them and me! This week I also got a new Ninja Professional Blender and I’m excited to try it out, so this week’s Challenge is inspired by my new toy!
Challenge: Make and enjoy a juice or smoothie each day this week.
Extra Credit: Add more green each day.
There are a ton of great resources for smoothie and juice making, but when I first got my juicer this was my favorite: http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/juicing/. (All of these juices can be made as smoothies, especially if you have a high powered blender!)
